I really enjoyed sewing this beautiful skirt. The pleating was very simple for me since my lavender plaid fabric was very even. I just marked each pleat with a pin and then put all the pins together in pairs all the way across. It was a lovely outfit to wear to church with a Teatime blouse and Tie-My-Tie.

Thinking about trying this pattern and wondering if it could be challenging? Fear not! It is different from anything I have sewn before, but it is a truly enjoyable sew, with great results, when you follow the fabulous detailed pattern instructions! My only regret is not making one sooner. Every sewist should make at least one Puperita Bonnie Wee Kilt, and I intend to make more!
