Made my tall skinny boy some school Trousers (Uk here so school uniform - grey trousers). They fit great and look like the shop brought ones but hit his waist 🤦🏻‍♀️😁) I even did funky iron man pockets (not hemmed yet as waiting till the week before school starts in case he grows!

This is another Puperita pattern I am obsessed with! The instructions are so clear that even a novice like me can make shorts and pants with pleats and pockets that look great. They make up quickly, too! It makes me so happy to be able to make things like this for my grandson. Thanks, Annalisa!

There are so few patterns that can be made in most any fabric, but this is one of them! I've made them in twill, cotton, jersey, ABP, denim, etc... and they look good every single time! My favorite fabric for Swank pants is a linen look jersey --- they look like posh dress pants, but feel like joggers! This pattern is a winner!

The pockets are easier than I thought they would be. I wouldn't have attempted this without the Facebook sewalong, but now I realize how simple the pattern is. I'm glad I got it for when we need a nice pair of dress pants!

Swank pants are not just for boys. I used this pattern and some pretty floral denim to make a pair for my granddaughter. The instructions were easy to follow and they look great!

I absolutely love this pattern and it’s so versatile! I made the shorts and they look so smart, yet are comfortable. The little pleats at the front, pockets and waistband really give a professional finish. I used cotton but will try in a knit fabric too and will definitely make the longer version for a smart pair of woven pants and a knit pair for that more casual feel. As always the pattern is accurate and so easy to follow, although I did learn a lot through the puperita summer cruise sew along.
